Buddhas are not found by meditation

Nor lost by not meditating—

Undistracted, maintain continuity.

Thus, turning from this excellence leads to naught.

There is no meditation more excellent than this.

Nothing to cultivate in meditation or achieve, no motivation to be aroused, and no antidotes.
